We do everything we can to ensure machine availability. We are your contact for technical questions concerning your laser. To ensure reliable production at all times, we support and advise you by email or telephone, Telepresence Field service is of course important part of your machine maintenance.
After your laser machine, has been installed and started up. We assure a high degree of machine availability through regular maintenance and quick response to problems.
In our worldwide service network, TRUMPF offers a wide range of technical customer service for the entire service life of your TRUMPF laser. We have here in Finland at the moment 10 service engineers for TRUMPF lasers and machines. 6 service engineers for TruDiks lasers, 8 for CO2-lasers laser systems and 2 for laser marking systems.
Our specialists are at your service when you need them. We support you over the telephone and by connecting to your machine through Telepresence, no matter where in the world you are. With Telepresence 90% of error cases can be solved and if needed correct spare parts can be ordered for laser. All TRUMPF service support stations can call up machine data for the worldwide installation base through the Service Information System.
