TruMark 5020 – High power, short cycle
The increased medium power of the TruMark 5020 together with the high pulse frequencies enable a high processing speed. For the user this leads to very short marking process cycles. Thanks to MOFPA-Technology (Master Oscillator Fiber Power Amplifier) the pulse durations of the TruMark 5020 can be adjusted to meet the application requirements exactly. Thus, even temperature sensitive parts can be marked easily. An internal defocusing unit makes it possible to process different work piece heights and to produce high quality annealings.
TruMark 5040 – The pulse of progress
The TruMark 5040 features enormous average power ressources which makes a perfect fit with applications of high area turnovers. The TruMark Series 5000 comes with a high performance scanner module enabling the laser to turn its high pulse repetition rates directly into speed. For the user this leads to very short marking process cycles. Thanks to MOFPA-Technology (Master Oscillator Fiber Power Amplifier) the pulse durations of the TruMark 5040 can be adjusted to meet the application requirements exactly. Thus, even temperature sensitive parts can be marked easily at high frequencies. An internal defocusing unit makes it possible to process different work piece heights and to produce high quality annealings.
TruMark 5050 – Productive and flexible
For high-quality engraving and the finest of structures, this infrared fiber laser is the first choice – thanks not only to its good focusability based on excellent beam quality but also its high productivity due to its high average power. With its plug-and-produce connectors and its compact processing head, the marking laser can be easily integrated in production lines. The TruMark 5050 marks stainless steel, aluminum and copper as well as plastics. The laser is used wherever especially high productivity is important.
TruMark 5070 – Powerful and efficient
The infrared fiber laser enhances the product portfolio up to higher average power outputs. Thanks to the MOFPA technology (Master Oscillator Fiber Power Amplifier), the pulse duration of the TruMark 5070 can be adjusted in such a way that the laser processing is optimally adapted to the application. An integrated optical isolator protects the fiber from being destroyed in the event of laser radiation reflection off the workpiece.
The TruMark 5070 is perfect for applications requiring high average power and high processing speeds, examples here include the ablation of protective or functional finishes over large surface areas, either for cleaning purposes or in preparation for processing. When working plastics, it is especially suitable for highly productive, continuous marking of long cables or of ear tags. The laser can easily handle deeper engravings in metal or ceramics.
