VariMode beam optimization

The VariMode function allows you to adapt the beam characteristics of your fiber laser (from 3 kW with 100 μm fiber) to your application. Mainly variable are the beam parameter product (BPP), as well as beam profile and the irradiance on the workpiece. Having such a dynamically controllable beam profile brings significant benefits, allowing “on the fly” changes to processing steps to increase production speed, reduce costs and improve process quality for a range of cutting and welding applications.
