OCT 3D characteristics recognition
VisionLine OCT Detect combines the world of incident light image processing with optical coherence tomography, thereby detecting characteristics in three dimensions.
VisionLine Image processing
Improve your process capability with VisionLine, TRUMPF's image processing solution. It detects characteristics on components and ensures that welding or marking takes place in the correct location.
Temperature control
The TRUMPF temperature control registers the intensity of the thermal radiation on the component surface and controls the laser power based on the nominal temperature.
Seam position control
The TRUMPF seam position control detects the seam point during the welding process and controls the welding position. The non-contact process enables high feed rates. Additional monitoring of the welded seam ensures maximum quality.
Calibration line
The CalibrationLine from TRUMPF checks whether the focal position and laser power on the workpiece actually match your requirements, at regular intervals.
Weld depth monitor
The TRUMPF welding depth monitoring warns the user if the process deviates from the preset welding depth. This makes it possible to operate close to the process limits.
Melt travel monitor
